When she’s not dreaming up murders for Julia Blackwell to solve, Kerri Majors is a writing professor at Fairleigh Dickinson University.  Or she’s mining Bon Appetit for dinner ideas…or making headway on her Netflix list.  Since completing her Columbia MFA in 2004, she has published fiction and non-fiction in several places including Guernica and Poets and Writers Teachers Lounge.  She’s also been the recipient of the Carolyn Doty Memorial Scholarship to the Squaw Valley Writers Community.  A longtime California girl, then a Brooklyn girl, she now lives in Connecticut with her husband Mike.
